Is the bed washable?

Yes – gently hand-wash in cool water with mild wool detergent. Reshape while damp and air dry flat. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to keep those felt balls looking their best.

Can I use this bed outdoors?

It’s designed for indoor use. If it’s heading outside for sunbathing supervision, make sure it stays dry and is brought back inside after.

How do I clean the bed?

We recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth or gently handwashing in cold water with mild wool detergent. Reshape while damp and air dry flat. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying.

Is it safe for kittens?

Totally! It’s soft, cosy, and naturally insulating. Just keep an eye on extra-chewy kittens - while the wool-based felt is durable, determined nibblers might test its limits.
