How do they attach to the wall?

Our Wall Meow-nted Cat Climbers are tailor-made for easy installation into either drywall or solid brick walls. The pawsitively good news is that each Climber comes with all the necessary hardware tailored for both types of walls, so no additional trips to the hardware store are needed.

And here's even better news: installation is a breeze! If hanging a picture frame feels like a walk in the park, then you're more than equipped to set up your Cat Climbers. We provide detailed instructions complete with helpful images and videos (check out our Product Manuals page). Just grab a power drill, spirit level, and stud finder, and you'll have everything up in no time!

Not so handy? No worries at all! We recommend contacting local professionals like a trusted handyman service for skilled and dependable assistance. They're just purr-fect for the job!

How much weight can they hold?

Our Wall Meow-nted Cat Climbers are built to withstand all the playful energy your cat can throw at them. Designed to support up to 26 lbs of dynamic weight, our climbers are perfect for all the leaping, pouncing, and flying feline fun your cat can muster!

Remember, for the best performance and safety, it's essential to follow our detailed installation manual or video, which includes recommendations on positioning. With the right setup, your cat can enjoy endless adventures with complete confidence!

What makes them sustainable?

The felt shelves are made from 100% Recycled PET bottles, so they're soft to the touch, firm in structure, and very tactile—cats adore it. We bet your cat's face will be rubbing against it to claim their territory in no time!

And the wall brackets are made of color-matched powder-coated stainless steel. Very strong, very durable.

How do I care for them?

One of the many perks of our patented design and the special type of felt we use (made from 100% Recyclable PET bottles—talk about eco-chic!) is its awesome ease of maintenance and durability. Here’s how you keep it looking meow-nificent:

  • Caught your cat in the act? No problem! If the felt gets soiled or experiences a territorial spray, simply wash it with mild detergent in cold water. Then, lay it flat to dry in a warm spot—just keep it out of the clothes dryer to avoid a cat-astrophe!
  • For minor stains or scuffs, spot clean with a damp cloth or soft brush.
  • Banish stray fur with your favorite pet hair removal tool—yes, even that trusty lint roller works wonders!
Can they be used outdoors?

Our Cat Climbers are intended for indoor use, but we've seen some creative customers install them in outdoor catio spaces with great success! Our latest testing confirms that the felt maintains its shape—no surprise since it’s made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, not wool. However, for the safety and protection of your cats, and to prevent potential fading, we recommend avoiding harsh direct sunlight for outdoor installations.

What should I do if some of my order is missing, incorrect or damaged?

Can I return my order?

In most instances - yes, you can! We have a 60-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and FREE RETURNS. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

Shipping & Deliveries

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking details in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any issues, send an email with your order number over to hello@prydepets.com.au and we'll help you out.

I'm not home during the day. How will I get my parcel?

If you can't give a work delivery address when ordering your goods, a delivery card will be put in your letterbox, and the goods will be held by the carrier. We also give you the option to select 'Authority To Leave' when ordering so that your parcel be left in a safe location, but please note that Pryde Pets is not liable for any packages lost if this option is selected.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If you haven't received your goods within the specified time (see here for estimated delivery timings) please e-mail hello@prydepets.com.au and we can track your parcel.

What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?

If your goods are damaged when you receive them, please contact us straight away and we will replace your order. Please see the information under Returns.

Can I click and collect, rather than have my purchase delivered?

Unfortunately we don't (yet!) have a retail presence, but stay tuned. In the meantime, we assure you our dispatch network and process is fast and secure so you'll get your purchase in your hands quickly.

Do you ship international?

Yes! We use UPS Expedited for international shipping. If you have any further questions, please don't hestiate to connect with us.

Payments

How safe and secure is it to order from you over the internet?

Ordering online with Pryde Pets is just as safe as using your credit or debit card over the counter in a shop. Our website and checkouts are protected by encryption and safety certificates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment using PayPal, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay and Shop Pay. AfterPay too. Credit card can be used via the Paypal site without having a Paypal account. If you have problems placing an order online, we are always happy to help - just reach out and connect with us. We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders.

When am I charged for my order?

All payments are processed at the point of ordering.

Will you share my personal details with anyone?

Your personal information isn't supplied to any third parties and your details will be kept confidential. No third parties have access to our customer list. Please go to the privacy page for details.
